How does AdvisorOS integrate with my existing CRM? +

AdvisorOS seamlessly integrates with major CRMs including Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, and Practifi. Simply connect your CRM through our integrations page using OAuth authentication. Once connected, meeting notes, tasks, and client data sync automatically.

Is my client data secure? +

Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and are SOC 2 Type II compliant (in progress). All data is stored in secure US-based data centers. We never use your client data to train AI models.

How long are meeting recordings stored? +

By default, we retain meeting data for 5 years to meet SEC compliance requirements. You can configure custom retention policies based on your firm's needs. Data can be exported or deleted at any time through your dashboard.

Can I use AdvisorOS on mobile devices? +

Yes! Our mobile app allows you to capture in-person meetings, review summaries, and manage tasks on the go. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

What happens if my internet connection drops during a meeting? +

AdvisorOS has built-in redundancy. For virtual meetings, as long as the meeting platform continues recording, we'll capture the full conversation. For in-person meetings using our mobile app, recordings are cached locally and uploaded once connection is restored.
